What you can expect
You can speak to me in the strictest confidence about what you have seen, heard, or witnessed. All concerns, no matter how small, will be recorded and taken seriously, and I will advise on appropriate next steps. If someone is in immediate danger, please call 999 and ask for the police straight away, then inform me as soon as possible afterwards. All concerns will be managed in line with relevant safeguarding policies and procedures, and any necessary next steps will be communicated clearly. Remember: Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and is in place to protect us all.
